Bet on Recovery is an educational platform that provides structured content, interactive exercises, and self-tracking tools related to gambling addiction recovery. The service is available through betonrecovery.org as a web application.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Modules 1 through 3 and basic tools (breathing exercise, grounding exercise, crisis helpline information) are available for free. Modules 4 through 7 and advanced tools require a premium subscription.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) basis. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
You agree not to use the service to harm, harass, or exploit others. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the content of the platform without permission.
All content on Bet on Recovery, including module text, exercise designs, and visual assets, is owned by Bet on Recovery and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.
Bet on Recovery is an educational tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the content provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our systems.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
